Airborne (Without Rail) Door systems are iron door systems that are suspended from the father part of the door. In these door models, there is no rail laid on the ground in the opening or closing part of the door, as in other rail door models. It is done by being completely suspended from the father. this door has some advantages : as there is no mechanism and rail under the door . When cars with heavy tonnage pass, the mechanism of the door is not damaged in any way. Since the rail does not have factors such as freezing, mud, dirt collection in winter, it does not require maintenance. After long periods, sometimes sagging can be seen on the door due to the material of the door. Since the door is suspended, it should move easily. Therefore, the roller wheels used should be checked. When the door is working, when the rear lower wheel on the door's father without rail comes to the front, when the rear lower wheel comes back, the lower wheel in the front becomes idle. If too much space is left, the sliding door without rail will spring too much during the movement to the front or the back. This shortens the life of the door and the roller capped wheels used.
